If you are a pre- or post-op weight loss surgery patient, join us on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month for our support group meeting. Get to know other weight loss surgery patients, learn how to make healthy food choices, and receive guidance on dealing with emotional struggles. Group members are encouraged to arrive early for a group walk from 5:45-6:45pm!
